About Me

Hi there! I’m Erica. 🙂

Your mental, emotional, and physical health should be top priority, but too often we focus on the visual, aesthetic benefits of exercise and solid nutrition. We tend to forget about those changes going on beneath the surface. That’s why I’m focused on keeping things grounded.

I’ve spent years as a competitive athlete – competing in track & field, rowing, and soccer. I was an all-conference soccer player in high school, an NCAA DI rower, and a collegiate club soccer athlete. I began playing sports at the age of 4 and am still playing to this day. I’ve dealt with two torn ACLs, multiple injuries, and the mental and emotional pieces that come with that.

While soccer has always been my first love, I began weightlifting in college, eventually competed in powerlifting, and have spent time interning in physical therapy and rehab clinics.

Now, my goal is to help you achieve your own health and fitness goals. I want you to feel grounded as you continue down your path of becoming the healthiest, fittest version of you.

Often times, beginning a new fitness goal can be overwhelming or daunting. I’m here to help and encourage you to see your body and mind become stronger and more stable as you discover all that you are capable of.

I specialize in custom programming, helping you gain muscle, lose fat, and/or rehab an injury. You can find your grounded strength with a personalized online training program, no matter your fitness level or body type.

My Certifications


I am a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). I’ve worked with various physical therapy and rehab clinics to get hands-on with clients looking for performance improvements and/or injury rehab.
